From burgers to pizza....
Claude and Christie Smith have a passion for food. After 20 years in the grocery business, they decided to follow up on their dream to own a restaurant. In 2012, they opened the iconic Black Hills Burger and Bun Co. 11 years, one million burgers sold, and numerous big life events later, they chose to end Burger and Bun on a high note and start a new restaurant: Black Hills Sauce & Dough Co. Still overly committed to the freshest, tastiest food they can create, Claude and Christie have always had a hankering for making quality, unique pizzas and the menu at Sauce and Dough showcases those.
Available for dine-in, take-out, or dog friendly patio seating at Wild Spruce Market (right next door).

1. Know what you want to order? If there are open tables, go straight to counter and place your order then have a seat of your choice.
2. Need time to decide? Grab a menu and table of your choice and order at the counter when you are ready
3. No open tables? Wait for one to open, then place order at counter. Or order take out. You can also check out Wild Spruce Market to see if they have open bar or patio seating
4. Looking for outside or pet friendly seating? Check Wild Spruce Market's patio seating (right next door!) There are also two city parks within 2 blocks with restrooms and picnic tables.
